CPQ's Shipping Details is the source of truth
- Shipping information updated on the opportunity level will not save and will revert back to what is on the CPQ
- Orders are fulfilled by business days which do not include weekends and holidays

S&H for small parcels (under 150 lbs) will auto-calculate if the Shipping Method is compatible with the shipping address

Any discrepancy will error out the auto-calculation. Please refer to charts below regarding valid ship methods per region

Shipping Cutoff Details
If an opportunity reaches 98% before shipping cut off, it will be processed same day unless otherwise communicated by an Operations Specialist
